We would like to introduce a case study of the digital health observation sheet "Reaver," which automatically sends students' body temperature, health status, and attendance information. At Shimana Elementary School, a "health observation sheet" was distributed to manage students' body temperature and health, but the paper aggregation was cumbersome, and notifying attendance took a lot of time, increasing the burden on teachers. After the introduction of Reaver, it became possible to grasp everyone's health status at a glance, and students and parents became more aware of their own body temperature. Moreover, ensuring the safety and security of children is an important role for the school, and we received feedback that Reaver is a necessary app for monitoring the children's condition.
